If Government restrictions on Travel or Operation of a Holiday Letting remain in force for any part of the Guest’s Booked Stay, the following Refund Terms will apply:-

 

Cancellation more than 14 days before Scheduled arrival – 100% Refund of all monies paid whether cancellation is by Guest or Host.

 

Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before Scheduled arrival – 50% Refund of all monies paid. (As Host we will not cancel less than 14 days before Arrival.)

 

Cancellation less than 7 Days before Scheduled arrival – NO Refund.

 

These terms will remain in force as long as Government restrictions apply.
